The Concierge Level Nutrition Program is also perfect for those who are new to plant-based dog nutrition and will benefit from the additional confidence gained during a long-term collaboration.
During this engagement, you’ll receive:
- Review of Detailed Canine Nutritional Services Questionnaire + Lab Work: As the first step in optimizing your canine companion’s nutritional health, I will send you a comprehensive questionnaire to complete online. This questionnaire will provide me with an important foundation regarding your dog’s health history, current health status, diet, personality and other important details to set us on the right path. Along with the questionnaire, I will also review relevant lab work that you will provide.
- 60-Minute Pre-Formulation Zoom Consultation: During our Zoom consultation, we will dive deeper into your dog’s particular health and nutritional needs as well as discuss specific ingredients for the recipe. I find that I learn important information during this conversation that was not put on paper. Plus, I get to meet my canine client, too!
- One Custom-Formulated Complete-and-Balanced Recipe catering to your dog’s specific health condition(s) and custom-balanced according to the standards of the National Research Council (NRC). This includes a comprehensive document detailing: the precise amounts of ingredients (including all supplements); your dog’s specific nutritional RDA for every ingredient and how the recipe meets/exceeds the RDA; a detailed discussion regarding my ingredient choices and why they were chosen to benefit your dog’s situation; explanation of how the recipe complies with recommended key nutritional factors (e.g., for chronic kidney disease recipes); detailed Nutritional Notes; instructions to transition your dog to the recipe; supplement instructions and recipe steps.
- THREE 30-Minute Zoom Follow-Up Consultations to monitor your dog’s progress. These will occur at approximately one month, three months and six months of your dog consuming the new recipe.
- One Complimentary Veterinary Telephone Consultation to answer any questions your veterinarian may have about your dog’s diet.
- SIX MONTHS of ongoing email support during which time you can ask me questions regarding your dog’s nutritional health.
